Job Overview:
We are seeking a Monitor to join our team. As a Monitor, you will be responsible for overseeing activities and ensuring the safety and well-being of participants. This is a part-time position with flexible hours.

Duties:
- Supervise participants during activities and ensure their safety
- Enforce rules and regulations to maintain a safe and respectful environment
- Resolve conflicts or issues that may arise among participants
- Assist in organizing and coordinating activities
- Provide guidance and support to participants as needed
- Communicate effectively with participants, parents, and staff

Experience:
- Previous experience working with children is preferred
- Knowledge or experience in basketball is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle conflict management situations effectively
- Experience in sports coaching or similar roles is an asset

Please note that all positions at our organization are paid, including internship positions.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
